ATM Adaption

Interface and media converters for ATM presentation:

Product Description
ATM Switching DSU 2 Port ATM switching converter to rate adapt and convert physical interfaces, allows lower speed ATM equipment/services to connect to 155Mbit/s ATM service delivery.
ATM Circuit Emulation (CE) 2 Port ATM Circuit Emulation feeder device . Allows non-ATM equipment i.e. PBX, Video Codec to be integrated into an ATM infrastructure.
ATM Network Termination Unit (NTU) 2 Port ATM NTU . Allows delivery of 155Mbit/s singlemode long haul or singlemode short haul ATM service to Fibre or twisted pair copper Customer Premises Equipment (CPE) connections

MetroRack

The MetroRack is a centralised management chassis to optimise your rack space, reduce interfacing costs and provide a single unit to house upto 12 interface I/O modules. One additional slot (13th) is available for the SNMP Management Module or another I/O module, extra resilience is offered with an optional 1 + 1 redundant power supply.

All the available modules for the MetroRack are based upon there modem sized units. The following modules are available:

Access Concentrators

The Access Processor (AP) range of switches, use modular card interfaces, and offer solutions including - providing access to wide area networks (WAN), distributing ATM and non-ATM services, fanning out ATM traffic for local distribution, delivering non-ATM services such as Ethernet, IP and leased lines across ATM backbone.

The AP is a scalable solution, which consists of three models each with a comprehensive selection of interfaces all of which are hotswappable:
