Guidance for Recruitment Agencies - No vacancies 2008

Metrodata prefers to receive direct applications from individual candidates.

We are also happy to accept CV's via recruitment agencies, provided the following process is followed:-

1. Check the CV against the requirements listed in our Current Vacancies section.
2. CV's which reasonably match our requirements are to be e-mailed to Recruitment (This is a distribution list copying mail to everyone concerned with recruitment).
3. If we are interested in seeing a candidate, we will get in touch.
4. If multiple agencies supply the same candidate, the first to arrive will be given preference, as long as an agreement exists between the candidate & the agency before the CV is sent to us.
5. Agencies who consistently supply CV's which do not reasonably match our requirements will be filtered out and any e-mail's automatically deleted.

We try hard to keep our requirements up-to-date. Please understand that there is a large number of recruitment agencies, so in your own interests, do note that -

1. Phone calls "just touching base" lead to irritation.
2. Phone calls "to introduce myself, I've just taken over from..." lead to irritation.
3. The best route to success is to simply supply the right candidate.
