Interfacing LVDS Satellite Modems

LVDS satellite modems offer the latest in cost effective high speed serial satellite modem connectivity.

Metrodata has two products which enable interfacing to LVDS satellite modems:

• LV2000 - Ethernet over LVDS LAN extender, which enables the transmission of LAN frames across LVDS satellite links
  
• BC1000 - HSSI to LVDS converter, which enables HSSI equipment, e.g. routers, to be connected across LVDS satellite links
