1. A purchase order should be e-mailed or faxed to Metrodata Ltd

   A purchase order should include:
   
   1. The PO number
   2. The unit(s) description and or model number
   3. The quantity
   4. The purchase price
   5. The required delivery date
   6. The delivery address, contact person and contact a number
   7. The require delivery process - chargeable courier or customer pick up
   8. The invoice address
   9. E-mail address for sales acknowledgement to be sent (if applicable)


2. Payment should be made in advance (unless payment credit terms have been agreed or an account is held). Advance payment can be made by:
   
   1. Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
   2. Bank transfer
   3. Cheque (UK pounds, US Dollars, Euro)
   
   
3. Order Acknowledgement - orders will be acknowledged by post/e-mail
4. Invoices will be sent with the goods but can be requested separately
